Licence Agreement and Terms of Use of the application Mapy.com Company Map

This Licence Agreement and Terms of Use ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and vJednom s.r.o. and is also the Terms of Use of Mapy.com Company Map. There is one document so the two texts cannot drift apart. vJednom s.r.o. is the licensor.

This EULA governs your acquisition and use of the Bitrix24 application Mapy.com Company Map (the "Application" or the "Software"), obtained directly from vJednom s.r.o. or indirectly through an authorized reseller or distributor (a "Reseller").

Please read this EULA carefully before completing the installation process and using the Mapy.com Company Map software. It provides a license to use the Mapy.com Company Map software and contains warranty information and liability disclaimers.

By installing and/or using the Mapy.com Company Map software, you are confirming your acceptance of the Software and agreeing to become bound by the terms of this EULA.

If you are entering into this EULA on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity and its affiliates to these terms and conditions. If you do not have such authority or if you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this EULA, do not install or use the Software, and you must not accept this EULA.

Scope

This EULA applies only to the Software supplied by vJednom s.r.o. herewith regardless of whether other software is referred to or described herein. The terms also apply to any vJednom s.r.o. updates, supplements, Internet-based services and support services for the Software, unless other terms accompany those items on delivery. If so, those terms apply.

License grant

vJednom s.r.o. hereby grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Mapy.com Company Map software on your Bitrix24 portal in accordance with the terms of this EULA.

You are permitted to install the Software under your control. You are responsible for ensuring that your Bitrix24 plan and your internet browser meet the requirements of the Software.

Third-party services

Bitrix24 is governed by your agreement with Bitrix. Mapy.com (https://mapy.com) supplies the map, the suggester and the route calculation. Calls go through the server of vJednom s.r.o. You do not open a separate Mapy.com account and you do not receive a Mapy.com invoice. vJednom s.r.o. is not responsible for the availability of Bitrix24 or Mapy.com.

Uninstall ends the right to use the software. The trial and payment record stays on our server, and a new installation of the same portal does not start the trial again.

Licence and fees

Licence terms and pricing are as listed on the Bitrix24 Market.

The first 30 days from the first installation on a Bitrix24 portal are free. Installing again on the same portal does not start that period over. After that period, continued use requires a paid licence according to the published price list.

The annual licence is EUR 120 (EUR 10 per month) or CZK 3,000 (CZK 250 per month), and the monthly licence is EUR 14 or CZK 350. Prices exclude VAT.

Data processing

Personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

vJednom s.r.o. shall at all times retain ownership of the Software as originally downloaded (installed) by you and all subsequent downloads (installations) of the Software by you. The Software (and the copyright, and other intellectual property rights of whatever nature in the Software, including any modifications made thereto) are and shall remain the property of vJednom s.r.o. after the licence ends.

vJednom s.r.o. reserves the right to grant licences to use the Software to third parties.

Warranty and liability

The Software is provided "as is", to the extent the law allows. vJednom s.r.o. does not warrant uninterrupted operation.

The map and the route calculation depend on Mapy.com and on Bitrix24.

Liability is limited as the applicable law requires. This text does not set a contractual cap.

Termination

This EULA is effective from the date you first use the Software and shall continue until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by uninstalling the Software, or by sending vJednom s.r.o. written notice. Uninstalling the app ends the licence.

It will also terminate immediately if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA. Upon such termination, the licences granted by this EULA will immediately terminate and you agree to stop all access and use of the Software. What happens to personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. The provisions that by their nature continue and survive will survive any termination of this EULA.

Changes

A new version of this EULA is posted at this address with a new effective date.

Governing law

This EULA, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this EULA, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic.
