Manual

The whole manual is on this page. Each chapter also has its own address. Changelog · Feature requests and roadmap.

Getting started

What it does

Mapy.com in Bitrix24 shows a Mapy.com map on the company card and a route planner in the left menu. An address can be looked up and the coordinates saved on the company. A route between CRM stops can be calculated and saved as GPX. You do not enter your own Mapy.com key.

Who does what

An administrator installs the app and, in the settings, chooses the language, the location source and whether the suggester may overwrite the address. Everyone else opens the tab on the company card and the planner in the left menu. They see only the companies their CRM rights allow.

Where it appears

Open the app from Bitrix24. A plain browser visit to the app address is this website, not the map.

Language

One language applies to the whole portal. An administrator sets it, or it follows the portal. See Language.

Installation

Install from the Market

Install the app from Bitrix24 Market as a portal administrator. Installation creates the latitude and longitude fields, the Mapy.com tab on the company card and the route planner item in the left menu. You do not enter a Mapy.com key. In the settings, choose the language and save. On a company card, open the Mapy.com tab. Open the planner from the left menu.

You need Bitrix24 with CRM, and the right to install apps. The public install button on this website stays hidden until the Market address exists.

What installation creates

The app asks Bitrix24 for CRM, placements and user-field configuration. CRM reads the company, the requisite and the address, and lists companies in the planner. Placements are the tab and the menu item. The user fields are the latitude and longitude created at installation.

Uninstall and install again

Uninstall removes the app, the tab and the menu item. Addresses and coordinates already written in the CRM stay in your Bitrix24. We do not store the Bitrix24 access or refresh token.

The trial and payment record stays on our server. Installing again on the same portal does not start the trial over, and it asks again for the tab, the menu and the coordinate fields.

Company map

The tab

On a company card, open the Mapy.com tab. You see the map, the address, and buttons that open the same place on Mapy.com and start navigation. The map takes the location from the coordinates, from the CRM address, or from the coordinates first and then the address. An administrator sets that order.

Suggester

Type a street, a town or a place into the search field and pick a suggestion. When an administrator allows it, the chosen address is written to the company requisite and the coordinates to the latitude and longitude fields. In Bitrix24 the address is stored on the requisite, not directly on the company card.

When the administrator does not allow the write, the suggestion only shows the place on the map and does not change the company.

Coordinates

Installation creates the latitude and longitude fields. When they are filled in, the map uses them. The values stay in your CRM after the app is uninstalled.

Key

The app has no field for a Mapy.com key. Tiles, suggestions and the location go through the vJednom server.

Route planner

Stops

Open the planner from the left menu. Enter the start and the destination as an address. On a phone, the current location can be the start or the destination. The destination can be the same as the start when you return.

Stops come from the CRM: from companies, and also from activities, deals and leads that point at a company. You can pick only the records your CRM rights allow.

Order and route type

The stop order is calculated from the travel time of the chosen route. The type is by car on the fast route, by car with traffic, by car on the short route, on foot, or by bike. Tolls can be avoided.

A calculation handles up to about ten points, including the start and the destination. With more points the app does not calculate the route and says so.

GPX

Save a calculated route as GPX. The file keeps the stop names, so Mapy.com recognises them after import.

Licence

The planner is part of the same licence as the map on the company card. When the trial ends, access to the app stops. See Trial and billing.

Language

One language for the portal

An administrator sets the app language and it applies to the whole portal: the settings, the tab and the planner. It is not a personal preference.

An explicit Czech or English choice wins. When the administrator leaves the choice to the portal, Czech applies for a portal language of cs, sk or cz, otherwise for a .cz domain, and English in every other case.

The tab and menu names exist in both Czech and English.

This website

The public pages have their own CS | EN switch. The switch stores a cookie in the browser. It does not change the language inside Bitrix24.

The page you are on

The manual follows the language of the address (/cs/ or /en/). The language in the app and this website are independent.

Trial and billing

Free period

The first 30 days from the first installation on a Bitrix24 portal are free. Installing again on the same portal does not start that period over. After that period, continued use requires a paid licence according to the published price list.

It covers the whole app, the map on the company card and the planner. When the period ends, access stops.

Price

The annual licence is EUR 120 (EUR 10 per month) or CZK 3,000 (CZK 250 per month), and the monthly licence is EUR 14 or CZK 350. Prices exclude VAT. vJednom s.r.o. sends an invoice after you order. Mapy.com is not billed separately. You can pay in euros or Czech koruna.

Order

The order is on the order page. We email the invoice and activate the subscription once payment is received.

Seven days after a paid period

After the date the subscription is paid through, access continues for 7 more days and then stops. Those seven days are not added to the end of the trial itself.

Uninstall

Uninstall does not delete the trial and payment record. Installing again on the same portal does not start that period over.

What to tell finance

The invoice comes from vJednom s.r.o., not from Bitrix and not from Mapy.com. The amounts on this website exclude VAT.

Questions

Do I need my own Mapy.com key?

No. The key stays on the vJednom server. The settings have no field for it, and support does not ask you for it.

Why does the map not show the address?

Check that the company has an address on the requisite, or that the coordinates are filled in. An administrator chooses whether the location comes from the coordinates, from the address, or from the coordinates first. Open the tab from the company card in Bitrix24.

How many stops can a calculation take?

Up to about ten points, including the start and the destination. With more points the route is not calculated.

What happens after 30 days?

Access to the app stops. The order and the seven days after a paid period are in Trial and billing.

Does uninstall delete addresses?

No. Addresses and coordinates stay in the CRM. The licence record on our server stays as well, so a new installation does not start the trial over.

Where do I write?

[email protected]. Support hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00 CET. Response within 72 hours.
