Map on the company card
The company card shows a Mapy.com map, the address, and buttons to open the map and start navigation.
Mapy.com in Bitrix24
A Mapy.com map on the company card and a route planner from the CRM. You do not enter your own Mapy.com key.
Who it is for
Teams that keep company addresses in Bitrix24 and drive out to them. An administrator installs the app. Everyone else opens the map on the company card and the route planner in the left menu.
Features
Address suggester
Look up an address. When an administrator allows it, the address is written to the company requisite together with the coordinates.
Coordinates
Installation creates latitude and longitude fields. The map uses them when they are filled in.
Route planner
Pick stops from the CRM, let the app calculate the order, and save the route as GPX. A calculation handles up to about ten points, including the start and the destination.
Czech and English
One language for the whole portal. An administrator sets it, or it follows the portal.
Requirements
- Bitrix24 with CRM and the Companies module.
- Administrator rights to install the app.
- You do not enter a Mapy.com key. The map, the suggester and the route calculation go through the vJednom server, and the key stays there.
- Mapy.com is not billed separately. vJednom s.r.o. invoices the app licence.
Pricing
The Bitrix24 Market listing is free. Payment for running the app is billed outside the Market. vJednom s.r.o. sends an invoice after you order.
The first 30 days from the first installation on a Bitrix24 portal are free. Installing again on the same portal does not start that period over. After that period, continued use requires a paid licence according to the published price list.
When the trial ends, access to the app stops. After a paid period, access continues for 7 more days and then stops. Uninstall does not delete the trial and payment record, so installing again on the same portal does not start the trial over.
The annual licence is EUR 120 (EUR 10 per month) or CZK 3,000 (CZK 250 per month), and the monthly licence is EUR 14 or CZK 350. Prices exclude VAT.

Install from the Market
Add the app to the portal. Installation creates the coordinate fields, the tab on the company card and the planner in the left menu.

Settings, with no key
The settings have no field for a Mapy.com key. Choose the language and save. Calls go through the vJednom server.

Open the Mapy.com tab on a company. The planner is in the left menu. The steps are in Installation.
Questions
Do I need a Mapy.com key?
No. The key stays on the vJednom server and the app settings have no field for it. Details are in Installation.
What happens after 30 days?
Access to the app stops. The order is on the order page. We activate the subscription once payment is received. After a paid period, access continues for 7 more days and then stops. The rules are in Trial and billing.
What happens on uninstall?
Addresses and coordinates stay in the CRM. The trial and payment record stays on our server, so installing again on the same portal does not start the trial over.
